TTC is currently funding and/or managing the following major programs:
- TECHNOLOGY COMMERCIALIZATION
TTC funds research, development, and technology commercialization projects in areas such as: wireless and multimedia devices, on-chip sensors, memory, MEMS, VLSI design and test tools, low power/alternative power devices, wired/wireless networking, advanced materials, and robotic technologies.
- TALENT RECRUITING
TTC offers a full range of technical recruiting services: technical and university recruiting, representing TTC member companies at job fairs, posting and screening internet career sites, and coordinating internship and co-op programs.
- BUSINESS START-UP AND ATTRACTION SUPPORT
We provide access to incubation space and business support services that are designed to provide a soft landing and quick start-up for new design/engineering centers being established in the region, and to help entrepreneurs start their companies in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- UNIVERSITY EDUCATION
We continue to provide SoC Certificates for students who successfully complete the Master's level collaborative SoC Program at each of our three member universities (CMU, Pitt, PSU).
- BUSINESS NETWORKING
We sponsor business networking events to provide our members with opportunities to interact with their peers and other leaders in the semiconductor, embedded systems, cyber secuirty, and robotics industries.
